Beginner Tai Chi classes taught by Calvin Chin and filmed at the Beech Street Center. Go slowly, move only as far as feels comfortable, and stop and rest whenever you like. These recordings are in the public domain (Public Domain Mark 1.0) and come from the Internet Archive.
